After talking to numerous timeshare sales organizations, who seemed to be ‘stalking’ us, we decided to list two Marriott timeshare properties with Timeshare Broker Services. They did not require huge up-front payments, and their commission structure is reasonable. The first of these properties sold within 45-60 days, at a price close to our asking price. Timeshare Broker Services alerted us to the offers, managed the negotiations, and efficiently closed the sale after agreement. They earned their commission in every way.
